Support is available for xCodon across iOS, Android, and web. If you need help with access, technical issues, or billing questions, reach us by email.
What to include in your email
- Your name and practice/clinic name (if applicable)
- The email address used for your account
- Platform: iOS / Android / Web
- Device + OS (or browser + version) and app version (if using mobile)
- Steps to reproduce and what you expected to happen
- Screenshots or a screen recording (if relevant)
Common topics
- Account & sign-in: login issues, password reset, verification problems
- Appointments & scheduling: booking errors, confirmations, notifications
- Billing & subscriptions: plan changes, invoices, cancellations, refunds (where applicable)
- Technical issues: crashes, performance, missing or incorrect data
- Feedback: feature requests and workflow suggestions for clinical teams
Privacy and security
Please do not email sensitive patient data (for example: full patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or clinical notes). If we need additional information to investigate an issue, we’ll guide you on the safest way to share what’s necessary.
